Use of our Studio and equipment is at RENTER’S OWN RISK. Please review the policies below to ensure that we can accommodate your rental needs:
Rental Rates and Fees:
Dance Floor: $50/HR
After-hours Rental (starts at 6pm): ADD $25/HR
Deposit 50% of total rental fees - due on contract signing
**K-Star/KKDE Member & Community rates available
Payment Policies:
- Access to WiFi Internet
- Free Parking
- Wheelchair accessibility
- Sprung wood floor
- Full length wall mirrors
- Portable, bluetooth speaker (AUX cable provided - bring own source device)
- Windows, central air & air purifiers available (COVID safety protocols in place**)
- Adjacent "green-room" area
- Private restroom
Studio Policies:
Use of our Studio and equipment is at RENTER’S OWN RISK. Please review the policies below to ensure that we can accommodate your rental needs:
- Occupant capacity maximums may apply, contact us for details
- All Studio rentals beginning at 6:00pm & later require an on-site rental assistant
- Live drumming and/or live musicians is ONLY allowed STARTING AT 6:30pm
- All Renters & guests of Renters are required to complete and submit a COVID questionnaire, at least, 24 hours prior to the rental start date
- Smoking (of ANY substance or apparatus) is NOT permitted on Studio premises
- Food & drinks (other than water) are NOT permitted on dance floor at any time
- Use of real fire and/or flames of any kind is prohibited in the Studio at all times (a minimal amount of incense may be burned to activate the space)
- Pets (excluding support animals) are NOT allowed in Studio at any time

Payment Policies:
- A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% of the total rental fees is due upon confirmation of rental
- FULL PAYMENT of ALL rental fees must be received no later than 48 hours BEFORE the rental start date/time
- Renters will incur a minimum, additional charge of $150 for any rentals resulting in damage or excessive disorder/disruption to the Studio space(s)
